I get upset and yell, not that much. I put my son in time outs and don't let him have snacks if he didn't eat all his food, and he gets really upset and cry's like no other. I feel so bad and want to give in, but I don't. He tells me I'm mean. Is this all normal? At the end of the day he tells me goodnight and gives hugs and kisses so I know he isn't mad at me, but I feel so guilty yelling at him. I don't want to damage my kids, any thoughts??
