With a song in your heart you can make your life better. When people are happy they tend to feel more alive and want to help others. If you have friends that you hang out with all the time, it is a great idea to tell them how much you appreciate them.

Friends hang out all the time but usually they do not express feelings for each other until they get into their mature years. When you are teenagers hanging out the whole idea of emotions can get too serious.

If you have something to say, it is often better to say it with a personalized gift song. You can address it to the entire group so they can have fun with it. Most people do not think about the meaning of friendship because they are very busy within their own lives. A friend is someone that is rare to find these days but when you do find one it is something to celebrate.

According to one definition of friendship, it is about two people or more who cooperate with one another and who support each other. In some situations a friend is someone who will stand up for you when you need them to stand up. They will fight for you if that is necessary and at other times they will just hang out with you because its fun.

When you find yourself with a special group of friends a surprise song can be just the thing that makes them know that you care without being too serious. You can also get your friends together to create your own group song. What about a theme song? The group could create a personalized and original song that spoke to the attributes of the group.

Lots of songs have been written over the years about friendship and you could produce a great gift song for the group on your own. You could put together a list of all the silly things everyone has done and then produce it in their own musical gift.

I am invited to the bridal shower, the bachelorette party, and of course the wedding. What are some good gift ideas, and do I have to have a gift for the shower and the wedding? I know a gift for the bachelorette party is optional, but would still like some suggestions! Thank you!

Most people will tell you to get a smaller gift for the shower and a larger gift for the wedding. Personally, I get 1 large gift and that’s it. I spend the same amount of money regardless.

The women who came to my Bridal shower did not get me a 2nd gift for the wedding.

Gifts are not required at a Bachelorette Party, unless specifically stated. Sometimes girls will do lingerie gifts, but not always.

I want to make very meaningful Christmas gifts that are very inexpensive. I don’t have a lot of money, but I do have office supplies and such. I was considering making cards, but some of my friends are already doing that. I want my gifts to be a bit unique. Do you guys have any other good suggestions?
More specifically, what else can I make with office supplies besides cards? Or can I make something special with cards? I also have my computer, so don’t be afraid to give me suggestions that involves a computer.

In the world of the internet anything is possible… If you have access to a printer then perhaps you could make some sort of homemade ornament with their pictures included. If you are handy with a laminator or glue gun then the possibilities are endless. Another option is to go to the local dollar store and find generic (and inexpensive) gifts such as picture frames or, again, ornaments, or possibly even ceramics or such and ” jazz them up” with some personalization ( Friends names and the year or possibly a personal message or their favorite poem or religious text) Think outside the box and let your creativity go wild… Good luck!

Random thoughts…

I heard this quote the other day “there are no true friends” I could not disagree more, let’s start with my wife, she is my friend and we become stronger friends daily, long before the engagement ring, long before the wedding ring she became my true friend, there is an unseen trust and understanding can’t fully explain it but anyone who has it will understand it.

In my circle of life I have been blessed with true friends, these people got my back, will be there in the middle of a dark rainy night if needed, would bail me out if needed, I haven’t needed that in a few years but its good to know that they are there.

So my wish for you is true friends, it’s a blessing!!!

Now more then ever our friends, family and partners are needed and in turn to show appreciation for them is also needed, reward them this year. I personally recommend Diamonds but a warm hug, a soft kiss, a round at the bar may be all that is necessary.
