Amazon.com Widgetsgift idea for dad question by Jes: Fathers Day idea for boyfriend/"step-dad"? I have been with my boyfriend for going on 3 years now. I also have a 4-year-old son who's biological father has never been in his life. My boyfriend is the closest thing to a dad he has ever known. I never thought of it in the past because it was just 'too soon' but now that our relationship is fully established and our future as a family is beginning... Im wondering if it would be a good idea to start celebrating Father's Day with him and let him finally start taking some credit for the wonderful job he's done stepping in where many men wouldn't.
