Make your breath smell bad. Eat garlic, onions and the like, and she will eventually stay away a bit.
Also, when in conversation with her, just say something like:
‘Ooh, my ribs are hurting. I bruised them badly at the weekend.’
I’d say try the second one first.
Just say “please be careful my ribs are fragile”.
Well I just tell people I don’t like to be touched because I was beaten as a child. It is true, so people don’t get offended. My mother has arthritis, so she tells people to be careful of her.
that is a tough one. The only way would be to make like you don’t like touching, hugs, greeting kisses, etc. You would have to think of some kind of story for her to hear or some way for you to relate this dislike of intimate greetings.

Tell her you’ve been exercising vigorously, have an injury and your sore all over if she hugs you youll scream in agony. Ionno I always get myself out of thse situations.
