How do I lose my love handles and some of my belly in 3 weeks?

I am going on a trip for A/B Honor roll with all my friends I will buying a new bathing suit and would love to wear a bikini. One problem, I have love handles and little bit of a stomache I want to lose it as soon as possible but I dont know how. Doin side situps dont work. I’ve already tried.

    Run everyday, and work out, especially your abs! Do side sit ups, crunches and regular sit ups. Your abs are your only muscles that you can work everyday, so take advantage of it! Do muscle training for the rest of your body too. Make a schedule by alternating legs and arms throughout the week, and abs and at least 20 minutes of cardio everyday. Also, eat a healthier diet, more fruits, vegys, and lean meats and less snacks and other unhealthy foods. Try keeping your caloric intake at or below 2000. That should help.

    also if you find doing crunches hard or boring, try making a play list of 3 or 4 fast paced fun songs and just do crunches to them instead of counting, it helps a little ;)

    If you stick to it, and do it everyday up until the trip it should help, don’t get discouraged, by week three you should start seeing results, remember it takes time and effort :D
